Introduction
In the middle of Meiji era, kamaboko (fish cake) producers in Odawara met together and formed a group, which is said to be the origin of our Association. The association was officially established as “The Odawara Kamaboko Fish Processors Co-Operative Association” on December 10th, 1966, and has been contributing to the development of the Odawara kamaboko industry through various activities.
